Lesson Learned

Any internet marketer has heard the mantra - traffic, traffic, traffic! The truth of the matter is traffic means very little unless it is targeted traffic.

In my first three weeks of promoting my website, I tried everything I could. I got 200,000 "hits" to my site but sold NOTHING, ZILCH. It's like having a booth at the fair and everyone just walks right by your booth and not buy anything.

Targeted traffic is like having a booth at a trade show, where everyone there is looking for products like yours. Your sales will increase dramatically. Take the time to learn to focus your promotion efforts on developing "targeted" traffic.

To your success.

Buyer Beware!!!!

We've all fallen for ridiculous offers that seem too good to be true. I wanted to share my recent experience in hopes that someone can avoid my mistake. There is an offer going around to send your email advertisement to all U-Tube subscribers - 2 billion emails every 6 hours. That's 24 billion a day! I tried it and found that it was a SHAM. It cost me $30 to join.

My suggestion is that you use an ad tracking system in all your ads. It's the best way to find out if your ad is really being sent - or read. I feel so foolish, because I didn't use a tracking system for the first week. So I had no idea and ended up wasting alot of time and energy on this scam.

I hope this helps.

How I started my own Profitable E-Business for FREE

How I started my own Profitable E-Business for FREE
By Joseph Rose

If you've been burned by FREE offers on the internet by outrageous claim of money, read my story.Sorting through the bombardment of advertising for generating tons of money on the internet, I've found very few offers that are genuine. The most genuine opportunity I've found in the Plug-In-Profit site created by Stone Evans. The site is based on developing a minimum of five (5) independent streams of income. This is not a "get rich quick" site but a relationship building site for long term wealth generation. I have found that Stone Evans has a genuine interest in seeing each person succeed. Stone gives you the site for free but you do have to pay for web hosting for the site. Stone also recommends the best autoresponder. He has even preloaded 400 proven email messages into the autoresponder. The site may be free but it's up to you to promote it. As any person knows, who has tried to find success on the internet, Promting a website can be a daunting and expensive task. Stone takes you through his "30 days to success" program. It may seem like you're moving at a snails pace, but if you follow his instructions - you will succeed! I'm living proof. Once you get going, you will have the knowledge to see through the hollow claims that abound on the internet of quick wealth. Remember your childhood story of the tortoise and the hare. I tried to be the hare and speed things up, only to lose a few thousand dollars on bogus offers. Don't make my mistake - slow and steady wins the race. Today, my site gets 20,000 hits per day. Success will come if you just follow Stone's directions.Statistics show that only a small percentage of internet businesses actually succeed. Most netprenuers jump in with the misconception that it will be easy money. The best way to avoid being a statistic is to start your online business with the knowlege that there are no quick easy ways to make big money. There is a proven formula which Stone Evans teaches in his "30 Days to Success".Repitition is the key to your success. Completing the daily tasks Stone gives you takes about an hour a day. Do these things religiously and you will achieve the success you desire.Like I mentioned before - I am living proof that Stone's system works. I now receive 20000 hits daily to my website and my autoresponder keeps growing daily. You can only lead a horse to water - you can't make him drink. I have led you to the water - the step is yours. If you can't spare an hour a day to develope additional income streams, this is not for you. There is no "get rich quick" solutions. So what are you waiting for? See for yourself what Stone Evans can do for you. Visit http://www.ajamiwealth.com/pips.html today.----------------------------------------

With the Turn of a Key

If you’re interested in starting your own business, and you want to start right now making money, it may be advantageous for you to consider a turnkey business opportunity. A turnkey opportunity is a business that provides everything that you need to start running the business immediately. Hence the name turn key. You almost literally turn the key in the door of your business and start making money.

A turnkey business opportunity includes all the tangibles such as equipment and inventory, and even all the intangibles, such as brand awareness and the goodwill that comes with a great reputation. People often think of franchises when they think of turnkey business opportunities. While it̢۪s true that franchises are often turnkey businesses and turnkey business opportunities are often franchises they are not synonymous.

One turnkey business opportunity that offers a low overhead home business with no franchise fees or royalty fee is an outdoor sign firm. The company supplies all that you need to start your business, including help with selection of your business site, face to face one on one training at your location and free support that is continual as long as you need. The upfront investment for this business is $74,500.

This turnkey firm can help you come up with a business name, or you can do it on your own. Once you have your company name the firm will help you create your branding and design the Web site for your turnkey business opportunity location. The initial training is two weeks at your storefront location before you ever open your business doors and then the first four days you are open for business. Subsequently, all you need to do is make a toll free call for additional help. The turnkey seller helps you find and make business arrangements with vendors, and sends you a newsletter each quarter that tells you about updates of business products and ideas.
Additional help from the seller of your turnkey sign business opportunity include assistance with finding the right store location and negotiating beneficial lease terms. They'll help you design the layout of your store, install flooring, paint walls, order equipment and supplies, install fixtures, order marketing materials, develop and review your turnkey business plan, schedule the store's grand opening celebration, and so forth.

As part of the business equipment and supply package you purchase with your turnkey business opportunity you’ll get a build out with its own flooring, store fixtures, a slat display wall, work tables, three complete computer systems with monitors, a printer, plotter, laminator, the software you’ll need to make the signs, a scanner, printer materials in a large format, materials for a vinyl cutter, substrates, supplies to produce lamination, a complete Point of Sale (POS) system for payments, a software suite specifically designed to run a small business, instructional books and videos, a customized logo and Internet site, postcards and help with a direct mail campaign, stationery software, a manual to train you to sell corporate account, a marketing plan and manual, membership in key trade organizations, a substrate cutter of industry grade, a table top cutter, a heavy duty grommet machine, a guide for setting prices, and an operations manual.

When you start choosing equipment for your turnkey business opportunity you can pick one of three different packages. The costs are $15,000, $25,000 or $35,000.

Franchise 101

http://www.AjamiWealth.com

One of the options for an online home based business, if you don't have a creative dream about your own product, is to buy into a franchise. This, basically, is a way of living your own dream of having your own online home based business while jumping on the bandwagon of someone else’s proven dream. It’s also a way of learning from those who have already been there and done that. People and businesses who own franchises have generally created the initial idea themselves, have been through the trial and error process of making it succeed and are now ready, for a fee, to teach others what they learned, while guiding them to success.

Of course, there are drawbacks for buying a franchise as your way of getting an online home based business going. If you’re bent on being your own boss, you’ll find there are many franchises who place so many restrictions on what you can and can’t do, what your online home based business must offer and how, that you might feel like you’ve left your dream behind and taken up with someone else’s nightmare.

The first thing you’ll want to do before you settle on a franchise business opportunity is to determine where your interests and your skills are. Keep in mind that with a franchise you are still going to have a boss. It may be your own business, but you’ll be tightly regulated by the franchisor.

Next you have to determine how much money you can invest up front for your franchise business opportunity. Some franchises are just going to be too costly to get into. The dream of a McDonald’s franchise ownership will cost you $1 million up front. A Chem-dry franchise, on the other hand, only requires $8000 to start.

You’ll have to determine if you want a large franchise with great brand name awareness or a smaller one that gives you more hands on support with a personal touch and more responsiveness when you run into a business problem.

Make sure before you decide on the franchise business opportunity that you have investigated the life of the business. Some franchises are fads that fade out quickly. When it comes times to think about financing your business, do your own math. Don’t let the franchisor feed you their numbers. Find out how much you need up front and how much you are going to take home at the end of your business day. Make sure you know the royalty fee. Most franchise royalties range from three to ten percent of the franchisee’s gross.

Make sure you know the kind of support you can expect from the franchisor before you launch your franchise business opportunity. You'll want to know if you have any help with ad design, with advertising placement and its cost, with marketing, human resource and recruitment issues, and bookkeeping. Find out what type of training is involved, whether it’s at the home office or they come to you, and how often.

Make sure that you hire an attorney experienced in franchise law to help you pore over the documents before you sign on the dotted line.
